1974 MINT UNUSED Sterling Silver Franklin Mint Family Bible King James Version

  

A Franklin Mint Family Bible in the King James version with a Sterling Silver cover. This handsome Bible is in excellent condition, it's been stored in it's original padded red velvet cushion and sturdy clam-shell presentation box (which are also in excellent condition). The ornate sculptured silver cover is the work of famed silversmith Oriol Sunyer of Barcelona, Spain. The cover and binding contain over one pound (12 Troy ounces) of Sterling Silver. The 40 color illustrations are from the 14th century Queen Mary's Psalter and have never before appeared in any printed Bible.

Elegant gilded page edges, endsheets of rich moire fabric and a permanent satin ribbon page holder. Over 1250 pages of long-lasting high quality, acid-neutral paper thread-sewn for durability.

The red letter edition has the words that Jesus spoke printed in red. All of the 20 pages of Family History and Geneology Records are blank.
