1978 Gem Sterling Silver Ingots From Franklin Mint Set (29 of 30), w/o Case. In 1978 the Franklin Mint issued "The Official Gem-Ingots" as a limited edition set of Sterling Silver Ingots with an actual gem inset with a genuine gemstone. There were originally 30 in all, each one representing a famous jeweler. 25 grams and are 1.75x1 in size. Each ingot is individually protected in its own sleeve and all are displayed in a silver bar collection album.
