The set was commissioned by the English-Speaking Union of the Commonwealth to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The set was produced by the Franklin Mint "in a Limited Edition, minted in solid sterling silver and available only during a restricted period" (from the COA which accompanies the set).

The set consists of (6) spoons featuring "Mary I", "Ellizabeth I", "Mary II", "Anne", "Victoria" and "Elizabeth II". The spoons are in their original felt sleeves (not sure why one is a lighter gray). The set is in excellent condition.
