WORLD 1st STAMPS 24k GOLD STERLING SILVER L/E PROOFS RARE FRANKLIN MINT 73. This is a complete set composed of a limited edition of 73 of "THE WORLDS FIRST STAMPS" produced in 1979 by the Franklin Mint. These are 24kt gold plated on Sterling Silver proof ingot Stamps. Stamps recreate the first stamps ever issued by 73 nations.

The total weight of these stamp ingots is 20.55 troy ounces sterling. Included is the display book which has three cases covered with plexiglass for protected viewing. Please note that a few of the ingot stamps show slight oxidation which should be easily removed with professional cleaning and polishing.

This is a beautiful and very collectible set. PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT ALL PICTURES FOR THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.
