This is the complete Franklin Mint series of Sterling Silver medallions featuring all of the Presidents of the United States up until 1970, when this series originally ended production. It includes the first 36 presidents from George Washington to Richard Nixon. Each Solid Sterling Silver medal is 39 mm (1.5 inches) in diameter and is struck in a proof format. The obverse of each coin features an image of a president with his name, years that he served, and where in line he served. The reverse has some personal facts about him.

Each coin weighs just over 1 Troy ounce (500 grains), with the combined weight of all 36 coins together totaling 37.5 Troy ounces. This collection is presented in a hardcover book format approx. 8.5" x 10.75" x 1.75. It contains 3 hard board pages, each holding 12 coins, with plastic slides on both sides. Most of the coins have striking natural crescent rim toning of varying light to moderate degrees and colors, depending on the light you are viewing them in.
