This is a stunning partial set of sterling silver Opera's Most Beautiful Moments medals produced by the Franklin Mint. The medals were issued from 1973 to 1978 and measure 45mm. Each medal weighs 1.22 Troy ounces of sterling silver. There are 57 medals in all for a total of 69.3 Troy ounces of sterling silver. The medals come in their original bound album and is accompanied by pamphlet's describing each medal and a Certificate of Authenticity. The total mintage was less than 2500 sets produced. The medals are in excellent condition noting some oxidation on some of the rounds. The album, book and COA are also in nice condition noting some staining on the book.
