1973 THOMAS JEFFERSON Bicentennial Commemorative Sterling Silver 8 Plate with 24k Gold Electroplate by the Franklin Mint! Jefferson Drafting the Declaration of Independence! This plate is Previously Owned, it does show some surface scratching, and some natural toning, especially on the edges/rim. The case/box does show a good amount of wear, especially the binding is torn, and wear and scuffs/scratching on the cover/back and binding. This plate was produced and distributed by the Franklin Mint Company during the Bicentennial Anniversary of the United States.

The plate depicts a sculptured historic scene crafted in 24kt gold electroplated on sterling silver. A descriptive ledger around the plate is etched and inlaid with 24kt gold.
