The product is a collector plate by Franklin Mint, made of sterling silver with a Norman Rockwell design called the "Carolers". Includes numbered letter of authenticity and registration card and advertising.

Manufactured 1972, this decorative collectible features intricate designs and craftsmanship typical of collector plates from that time period. The plate has been displayed and there is a defect in the clear varnish on the back, see photo. The item will arriver very well packaged.
