For your consideration is a Franklin Mint solid sterling silver limited edition plate, based on the "Horizon's West" work from Richard Baldwin. It measures 8 and weights 420 grams. As shown on the photos, it is dull/tarnished on some areas. A bluish stain in the middle. And it has wear scratches.
