The front has fine scratches and hairlines, scuffs, tarnish or toning, scattered spotting, and light-colored surface blemishes or residue, including an area near the upper-right portion of the design. The reverse has widespread hairline scratches, rub marks, uneven discoloration and tarnish, scattered dark spots, and heavier surface wear around portions of the inner field and rim. The rim and edges also show age-related wear.

Because the sterling surface is highly reflective, additional fine marks may become visible under different lighting. This is not a mint-condition example. Please enlarge and inspect every photograph, as the photos are an important part of the condition description.
