This listing is for a 1970 United Nations 5.5 ounce Commemorative Medal. Minted by the Franklin Mint for the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations.

Made of Solid Sterling Silver. Measures 2-1/2 inches in diameter. This medal has minor toning around the edge and reverse side.

The medal is in a small plastic bag and includes a black metal base for display. Includes the original box the medal and base came in. The box is in excellent condition with a small tear on one corner of the base. Some yellowing due to age.
