VINTAGE PLATE "Mother and Child" 1972 FRANKLIN MINT, STERLING SILVER. Great gift for Mother's Day! This sterling silver plate has been in a protective solid walnut display frame specifically designed for this plate, by the Franklin Mint. The plate can be removed from the frame, and the frame has definitely. Been a great protector over the years, as the plate was not exposed to air.

The plate comes with Cert. Of Authenticity, pamphlets, original box, walnut frame (s ee all photos). Artist's signature Spencer 1972 is etched in lower right, under the shawl.

Walnut frame has some minor scratches (see photos up close). Please know the photos have unavoidable glass reflections, which does not show the image as fine as it truly is. The plate and etched image of mother and child are distinct and flawless.
