Franklin Mint issued these 56 sterling silver proof medals (500 grains each) between 1972 and 1976 to commemorate the signers of the Declaration of Independence. Each signer has a card describing their history and accomplishments. All comes in a presentation binder. There are 4 pages of medals, each having a count of 14 medals. Total approx 28000 grains (58.333 troy ounces) of sterling silver.
