This is a new charm bracelet. I threw in the bracelet for free. I don't know what the bracelet is made of or if it will tarnish or the gold may come off. The charms are Harley Davidson and it is from Franklin mint. The charms are sterling silver and have 24k gold overlay which is what I read.
