They were Made by Franklin Mint in 1992 and Come in Their Display Case that has Blue Velour Inside with the Spaces for Each Insignia and Name Plate Below Each. Everything is in MINT CONDITION, the Name Plates Still Have the Protective Tape on All but one of them, and Included is One of the Boxes that the Insignia's Originally Came in.
