Hard to find and rarely available, this limited edition COMPLETE set of The Official History of the Olympic Games comes with a Certificate of Authenticity dated April 5, 1976 and with a serial number of 78. The 50 sterling silver ingots / medals / medallions each measure 39mm and together weigh a total of. 31.25 ounces, as verified via the Franklin Mint archives. The ingots come in their original album embossed with the Olympic. Rings, beginning with the 1896 Olympics held in Athens, Greece and concluding with the 1976 Olympics held in Montreal, Canada.

Each ingot is stamped and numbered on its edge. Accompanying the album is a second one also embossed with the Olympic Rings, with pages describing each Olympic event and the subject as portrayed on each individual medal. In the back of the album in a protective sleeve is the Certificate of Authenticity. The medals remain in their original, highly reflective condition. Any variation in color you might see are reflections of my clothing and the surroundings in which these photos were taken.
