This exquisite Faberge "Emergence of Spring" #236/750 belonged to my parents and with beautiful 24k gold vermeil is a find for any collector of decorative items. Designed by artists of the Franklin Mint under the direction of Herman de Roos.
The outer shell of the Egg is ornamented with intricately detailed gold filigree enhanced with insets of malachite (known as stone of the Czars). It has been stored in it's box since 2013. My parents displayed it in their living room. When the egg is opened a magnificent butterfly with wings of enamels hand inlaid on sterling silver.
Beneath the wings is a single perfect rose with a blossom of gold vermeil, leaves and stem of polished sterling silver. Resting on the stem a bumblebee of solid 18k gold which can be removed and worn as a pin. The intricate design and attention to detail make this piece a true treasure.
It is perfect for displaying during any season, especially Easter, and will add a touch of elegance to any room. Crafted with solid sterling materials, this decorative collectible will last for years to come. Its unique design and stunning gold vermeil make it a standout piece that is sure to impress.
